i made a couple of changes

First of all, everyone must read the rules. i rewrote the rules. i had too many rules that didn't need to be listed. i also made a forum for posting videos. but AoC members do need to be more active on the site. meaning logging in more often.

Second, we don't have many members. i would like to get us our own server, but right now i have no way of doing that. soon i should be able to get a job. i filled out an application and need one thing before it is looked at. but we can't tell others about our clan without getting in trouble.
